Set the About Field

On the Grievance Details and Inquiry Details screens, in the About field you indicate the subject of the grievance or complaint/inquiry. This task explains how to set the About field.

  1. With the Grievance Details or Inquiry Details screen displayed, click on the arrow in the drop down list field.

  2. Select the option you want from the drop down list.

The <blank field> is displayed.

1.     Type the subject of the grievance, appeal or complaint/inquiry in the field.

Provider

The Provider window is displayed.

1.   Select the provider who is the subject of the grievance, appeal or complaint/inquiry.

2.      Click the OK button.

Staff

The Staff window is displayed.

1.   Select the staff who is the subject of the grievance, appeal or complaint/inquiry.

2.   Click the OK button.

 

Delete the Entry

  1. Click the delete icon to delete your selection and start again.
